If you are contemplating a separation or divorce it is in your best interests to obtain advice as to your options for navigating your family law issues.  The British Columbia Family Law Act required that parties to a family law dispute are informed of the various methods available to resolve the dispute andencourages parties to a family law dispute to resolve the dispute through agreements and appropriate family dispute resolution before making an application to a court.  The Act also encourages parents and guardians  to resolve conflict other than through court intervention, and create parenting arrangements and arrangements respecting contact with a child that is in the best interests of the child.  Audra will educate you with respect to your dispute resolution options and will work with you to help you achieve your goal of resolving the issues arising from the breakdown of your relationship without having to go to court provided your case is suited for this.

Audra offers mediation services both in person and using remote technology.  She also offers an extended mediation service whereby if she is retained from the outset of your matter, she will mediate interim issues and empower you to resolve your family law issues from the beginning of your matter through to the end.  Audra also offers arbitration services which includes the arbitration of interim issues.
