When Your Family Law Case Goes To Court

Audra is a firm believer in the mediation and dispute resolution process. Within her practice she develops and educates families on all options available to them, empowering them to make their own decisions, to use their voice, and to participate in the outcome that will affect their life and the lives of their children.

However, sometimes there is an intensity of the process which provides no other choice than litigation. If violence or addiction issues are a factor, litigation may be a recommended solution. If your rights are going to be so compromised because of the other party’s unrelenting attitudes or lack of willingness to compromise, then sometimes there’s no way other than going to court. Or, if the legal issue is complex, the courts can help bring clarity and help.
