When your family law case goes to court

Audra Bayer Podcast, Family Law KelownaAudra discusses how to best prepare yourself and assist your lawyer with the management of your case to try to ensure the best outcome. She also provides important helpful tips for your self care in this process.

Audra is a firm believer in the mediation and dispute resolution process. Within her practice she develops and educates families on all options available to them, empowering them to make their own decisions, to use their voice, and to participate in the outcome that will affect their life and the lives of their children.

Or, if the legal issue is complex, the courts can help bring clarity and help.
