Family separation and divorce is a difficult process. Audra Bayer has been practicing family law for over 20 years. She prides herself on being a down to earth person who affirms the human condition as she helps you with navigating the family law system.
Audra recognizes that the work that you do with your lawyer is some of the most important work you will ever do with a professional and that recognizes further that the impact of the outcomes from your proceedings, will impact you and those you love.
Audra’s practice is defined by the principles of guidance, education and empowerment. It is important that you have a clear understanding of your legal rights and obligations and the choices with respect to processes available to you for the resolution of your issues.
The focus of Audra’s practice is mediation, arbitration, collaborative law, and family law coaching including offering unbundled services. Audra firmly believes that where possible and appropriate to do so, families should use meditation, arbitration or collaborative law to resolve family matters, including:

Audra offers services as a lawyer but also as a mediator and arbitrator and brings over 20 years of experience and a practice that has been predicated on complex family law settlement resolution to the mediation/arbitration table.
Audra is open, communicative and dedicated, and we also expect the same of you. You will have homework but Audra’s team which includes her 3 paralegals Deborah, Amber & Tanya and her associate Karsten, will work with you shoulder to shoulder and provide you with or direct you to the resources you need to get you through what can be a challenging process including referrals to counselors, financial planners, business valuators, accountants, parenting coaches and parenting coordinators amongst others.
